Return / Refund Policy
- We make great efforts to process your order and customize and print the wallpapers according to your specific requirements. However, certain circumstances may lead you to return the product. Such instances are clearly highlighted in our Return / Refund Policy.
- Please note that if the same design is ordered a week or a month or more apart, there may be some colour variation between the first order and the subsequent order as this is a custom print process, and due to change of material lots (paper and ink), we cannot promise the same exact colours.

You may return the product in case of:
- Damaged or tampered with order packaging at the time of receipt.
- Incorrect item or product sent by us.
- Return in case of tampered packaging.
At the time of receipt, if you find your order packaging to be open, damaged, or tampered then we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. In such cases you must:
- Ask the courier to take the order back.
- Inform us immediately (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email to orders@mustcoverings so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.
Return in Case of Incorrect Order:
- If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and/or size specifications provided by you, you must:
- Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to orders@mustcoverings within 24 hours of order receipt.
- Email us photo proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at orders@mustcoverings.
- Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.
We do not charge any additional shipping fees for the wallpapers.
- In case customized wallpaper order is less than 50 sq. ft there would be additional charges for shipping.
- Flooring products transportation charges are additional for local and outstation orders and the orders would be sent in to pay basis.
- We have tie-ups with the best shipping and transport companies to ensure a hassle-free delivery to you.
- Our doorstep-delivery policy allows you to get your wallpaper delivered at the address of your choice.
- If our shipping partners do not service your area, we inform you before printing your wallpaper and refund your payment within 5 working days.
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of order placement. Shipment of your order may take up to 2-6 working days after dispatch to reach you depending on your location.
Order Cancellation by Must Coverings
- Must Coverings may, at times, be unable to accept certain product orders from its customers and may need to cancel the same.
The company reserves the sole right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason. Some situations that may result in a customer’s order getting cancelled include:
- Limitations on the quantity available for purchase.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Issues identified by our credit & fraud avoidance team
- Request for the printing of any illegal or pornographic images
We will contact you through email or phone if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled by us after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back to your Card Account in 5 working days.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
- Once the orders are confirmed and paid, we shall not be able to cancel the same.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Must Coverings and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation.
- Offers are open for residents of India only.
- Offers are not transferable.
- Offers cannot be clubbed together.
- The promotions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of these are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
